Early Years

I have been working at Boxgrove for around 5 years. I have been a Special Needs Assistant and Teaching Assistant for that time and I absolutely love it. It is incredibly rewarding watching and helping the children learn and grow. I also love to be creative and let my imagination run free, which is one of the many reasons I can’t wait to be back in reception! Outside of work, I’m with my 2 daughters doing country walks with our dog, spending time with family and friends, or down by the seaside.

I absolutely love working at Boxgrove and  I am looking forward to working in Year R again. I love to read stories and really enjoy helping children with maths and phonics and doing lots of creative stuff. It is so much fun! Super excited to see you all in September.

I truly love working at Boxgrove and I’m looking forward to working in Year 1 again. I am looking forward to meeting you all. The topics we learn in Year 1 are great and I’m sure you are going to really enjoy learning them. I love to stay active and enjoy doing lots of running in my spare time.

I have been at Boxgrove for almost 3 years and love working in Early Years, Years 1 and 2. This year I have been in Reception (Early Years) which has been lots of fun and rewarding helping the children start their learning journey. I love to read stories and you’ll quite often find me dancing, singing or covered in glitter in a classroom. I also enjoy being creative and having lots of fun!

I joined Boxgrove School in 2015 as a mid day supervisor and then joined the Grovers after school club team. In 2020 I became TA in year four, now in year one. I adore the children and always want them to feel important, unique and have a love of learning. I love children, animals (especially dogs and pigs), nature, music, swimming and socialising.

This will be my 5th year at Boxgrove and I have experience across all year groups. In my spare time I enjoy doing yoga, seeing family and just being creative. I love all things arty (my passion is art), I love a good challenge and I love to have fun! I’m looking forward to sharing the experience that is Year 2 with you all.
